What stuff about morality and ethics does one need to know before becoming a Catholic?
 
Convert myself, the Catechism was more than enough. For something even more minimum and short, all that is forbidden and exhorted in the Old and New Testaments concerning moral action and what type of life God expects of His people.
 
CCC 2052-2557 of the Catechism, or, Part Three: Life in Christ, Section Two: The Ten Commandments.
 
To love the Lord and your neighbour. You will be fulfilling all the laws.
 
Not very much. I am not too familiar with it.
I know it is kind of simmilar to what we have here in my country. It is probably very simmilar.
