I have these for maybe 1-2 minutes a day while praying and it feels special, I can’t describe it. It feels like goosebumps but I’m not cold I guess would be the way I can best describe it physically. 😂 Do you get these “spiritual goosebumps”?

Kind of sounds like pure pleasure 🙂 Sometimes I feel just so happy ,like knowing I’m really loved and feel like crying 🙂

You sound like they make you happy, so that’s an indicator that they are probably a blessing, or you are moved in a way. Nobody can really tell, because it’s unique for you. God gives everyone different experiences during prayer, according to what is best for us.

The simplest rule would be that you should use both good and bad feelings during prayer to motivate you to pray even stronger 🙂 And if anything is too problematic, consult it with your confessor.

It is a physiological response to intense emotion. When do do something or learn something that matches your deepest values, it feels powerful. One of the reasons we made thesign of the cross is that the physical motion helps the body prepare itself for prayer.

God made us corporal beings, and and the physical sensations of the body can bring us and our spirit closer to God.

This, and tKe the consolation for the gift it is and the joy it brings you, but don’t get to hung up on the idea that you must feel any particular way for your prayer to b efficacious
God bless!!!
