What do I confess when I don't know what to confess?

YES, YES, YES!!
I just got this from my parish bookstore, it’s great!! I’ve been having much the same problem as Timidity (sounds like). I don’t want to be scrupulous, but I certainly do want to avail myself of all of the graces of the sacrament. I’m new, and have been needing some guidance in how to make the best use of regular confession so that I may grow in grace - and this book is helping a LOT. I’m going to speak to my priest about it.
