What do I do if I accidentally leave out a sin in Confession?

This happens to me all the time. I’ll go to Confession with everything I believe I need to confess firmly in mind. Well, I confess, I’m absolved, and it’s usually after I do the prescribed penance that I remember something else I wanted to confess. It drives me crazy. What do I need to do, if anything, about it?
