When my husband died (in January 2005) I was the recipient of over 100 Mass cards. Some were simple, but many were very elaborate. The more elaborate ones are able to be re-used by the religious orders creating them by simply lifting up a border and removing the slip of paper that made the card personal.
My question is, will the orders that created the Mass cards accept them if I send them back? The addresses are plainly visable on the backs of each.
Am I allowed to treat the simple ones as trash and throw them away?
