This post is off-topic, but I really want to respond anyway.
Mother Teresa did find salvation through her faith in Christ alone. If you would stop to learn a little more about her spiritual life before you pass judgment on her, you might create a post with a little less self-righteousness.
Mother Teresa took on all the works she did for the love of Christ. Her works were a response to her love for Jesus, not a replacement for it.
You know one verse from Ephesians very well. Now try a section of James:
It might cause you some discomfort to see such a radical example of the works that can be inspired by deep and fierce faith in Christ. Try reading some of her letters, or listening to some of the things she had to say about her own work – it was all for Jesus. She used to say that without Jesus, they would just be social workers, and they should all just pack up and go home. But she believed in giving
everything to God, every tiny mundane act of necessity or inconvenience or service – “Small things with great love… The moment it is given to God, it becomes infinite.”
And now how about a passage from Matthew:
We are saved by our faith in Christ. And Catholics, who have a history of taking the
whole biblical view may be in a better position than you think to receive and act upon this faith.
God bless you. And now, back to topic
