So if Lent 2020 was “The Lentiest Lent that ever Lented” … and Thanksgiving 2020 is “Lentsgiving” …
Then what words are left to call 2021 Lent?
“Lentiest Lent Squared” …
“Lent Factorial” [math term] …
“Lent of the Humbling” …
“Lent of the Horseman” …
“Lent of Rachel weeping for her children” …
“Lamentations-iest Lent.”
The only thing that I want to call 2021 Lent is “better.”
(Of course that would require a super-spreader outbreak of Common Sense.)
“The Lent of Repentance” …
“The Lent of Anno Gratia” …
“The Lent of Faith Hope Love” …
“The Mercifullest Lent that ever Mercy-ed.”
Thoughts?
