It’s so amazing (to me), that I have found meds that work for me–it’s almost too good to be true–although I am still a firm believer against psychiatry(EDIT: Psychiatry helps people).
I love journaling, and not the type where you basically write a book about your day, but a more practical one–like what you ate for breakfast, who you spoke to, etc.
In a book as a child, I once read a modern YA book with a telegram styled journal of “thank you’s”. Thank you for riddles, thank you for CAF, thank you for owl city songs.
It only make sence to me, because I have experienced those things exclusively or at least interpret the events in the way I felt was right.
