I will be traveling west to east across the international dateline on Good Friday. My Good Friday will be nearly two days long. What should I do about fasting and abstinence?
Talk to your pastor to ask about a dispensation from the Good Friday fast. Unless you have some medical condition that requires eating meat, there does not seem to be any reason why you cannot refrain from eating meat (excluding fish and seafood) for two days.
