One of my favorite joyful mysteries to meditate on is the finding of Jesus in the temple. I often meditate on the joy that Mary must have felt when she found Jesus and how this should be the joy that we have when we walk into mass and find Jesus in the tabernacle.
What are your favorite mysteries to meditate on and is there a reason for it? I would love to hear what you have to say!
God bless you!

Really? but she didn’t seem very joyful when she told him ‘your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety’.
For joy, I like the wedding at Cana because I imagine everyone there was joyful to begin with and after the miracle everyone was in joyful awe and some may have even become disciples.

Considering finding Jesus in the temple is one of the joyful mysteries, I would say that it was a joyful event. Even though Mary was distraught over losing her child I think that she was overcome with joy when she found Him.
I had never thought about all of the people at the wedding who may have become disciples after Jesus performed the miracle. That might be something I meditate on the next time I’m praying the luminous mysteries.

I do love the Finding of Jesus in the Temple as he can now be found Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in every Catholic Church.

I know that it sounds contradictory that you would be joyful while scolding but that is a way of expressing relief.
There are many mysteries I like to meditate on. The wedding at Cana reminds me that Jesus bends to Mary. His first miracle was performed at her request even though it wasn’t His time. The Agony in the Garden express the very human side of Jesus. He didn’t want to suffer but If His Father said so He would.

Here are my go-to meditations…

Yes and it is an example of a miracle through the intercession of Mary which by extension proves the intercession of saints. Only hardcore Protestants deny it.

The wedding feast at Cana is also my favorite as I meditate on Our Lady’s direct influence on Our Lord. Telling her of all the things that I am short on and also for the world.
