I heard about him recently so I’m not all that familiar with him. I heard about a book he made “The immortality key”; a lot of people seem to think it’s a fantastic book. From everything I hear I can’t help but to be cautious and skeptical. Is there anyone here who knows more about him and his book than I do? I tried looking around the internet for Catholic sources that I trust but I couldn’t find anything, so I figured I’d ask all of you.

I looked at the book and reviews on amazon. Sounds like a new-age millenial guy who is, as one reviewer says, “deeply interested in pushing an agenda for psychedelic drugs”. Hence his book’s thesis on how such drugs merge from ancient Greece into Christianity. Many reviewers call the book quite entertaining, merging all sorts of areas of study. I would definitely not take it seriously at all, except for a tour de force entertainment–certainly nothing helpful for the Catholic faith. Don’t read it if your faith is shaky; not worth your time and may be upsetting for you.

I think that psychedelic drugs are a chemical substitute for God. This guy is mistaking the substitute for the real thing. Keep away.
