I just discovered WDTPRS and I’m unsure of what to think. What do you more conservative Catholics think of him?
I also really enjoy reading Fr. Z. He has a lot of common sense. If one goes to the link above one will find him essentially saying, “The liturgy actually matters (beyond just its validity). What we do with our bodies in the liturgy actually matters.” Unfortunately this type of common sense seems to be far too rare these days.I enjoy reading his blog.
I found his reflection “Save the liturgy, save the world” showed his deep love for the Holy Eucharist.

From your question, I don’t think I’m eligible to answer (since I’m not conservative), but that’s not going to stop me. I remember asking in another thread if Fr. Z had a “real” job (priestly assignment, of course). He seems to have much blog time, I wonder how he can have time for anything else. What do you more conservative Catholics think of him?
He does blog a bunch. Apparently he used to work at the Congregation for Divine Worship and Divine Sacraments (?), and has a weekly (?) column called “What Does The Prayer Really Say.”From your question, I don’t think I’m eligible to answer (since I’m not conservative), but that’s not going to stop me.
