I have dreams from time to time that…well are significant. If it’s something I dream and remember vividly I know it’s something I should pay attention to. I think when I’m asleep is the only time the Holy Spirit/God can get a word in edge-wise. I’m no weirder than your average Catholic otherwise. The other night I dreamed about 333. The whole dream was about 333. I know strongly the important part was the numbers. I woke up and glanced at the clock–3:33 am! That feels to me like a exclamation mark at the end of the dream. Freaked me out a little. So I was laying there feeling a little creepy and searching the mental data banks for the significance of 333. If it had been 3:00 it would have been the ‘‘unholy hour’’ that would have been far worse. I know 666 --and that REALLY would have freaked me out --but the data banks came up empty as far as 333. And most of what I see online is new age angel stuff. Not that I don’t believe in angels–I do but not in the new age weirdness. Like one time when I was going to catechism classes I had to get up at 8:00 to make my class and I was literally shaken awake at exactly 8am. I was completely alone–or was I? Another morning I was dreaming something and a voice very clearly in my dream said ‘‘wake up it’s 8 o’clock!’’ And it was–exactly 8am. My angel? Maybe. Padre Pio used to send his angel out on missions–so why not? I’ve been dreaming in threes in the past year or so. Like three items of various kinds. But does anyone have any ideas as to 333?

I think in most cases it is our internal body clocks telling us to wake up at a certain time. As far as the 333 is concerned I often wake in a half-conscious state, look at at the clock with my sleeping brain, roll over and go back to sleep. I don’t think you can read anything into 333 numbers at all. As for 666-correct me if I am wrong, but isn’t that something from Protestantism?

Ok, I looked it up and 666 is found in the book of Revelations and is called the Mark of the Beast. It also is a prime number and a ‘neutral’ number or also a mathematical equation. I don’t explain it well, but you can look it up via Google.

OK, I learn something new every day. 333 is Biblical and represents The Trinity-The Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. It is also used in numerology. At the same time, it is half of 666, but I didn’t really see it mentioned. I am not a person that really thinks in Biblical numbers, but I did learn something new.
