What does St. Therese mean here?

Hi I am really trying to know and believe in The Lord’s love. I am reading a daily devotional based on St. Therese’s thoughts and beliefs. She talks a lot about having weak, little, and meak soul. What does she mean?? She says that a lot that she is weak… does she mean sinful?

Hi,

When St. Terese writes about weakness of her little soul, she is humbly acknowledging her complete dependence on God–which is true of us all. She is certainly not suggesting that her souls is full of sin at all!
