What does the Catholic Church teach about soul mates?

I’ve been thinking about soul mates, the idea that God has one person he has intended for us. I believe that he does have one person that he wants us to be with, and found something in scripture which could back it up. Tobit 6:18–“But do not be afraid, for she was set apart for you before the world existed”. (This is in reference to Sarah being set apart for Tobiah). I’m still searching for mine, and was wondering if there is a standard teaching or belief that I should be following?
