If a non-Catholic Christian is converted to Catholicism under threat of violence or loss, does the Catholic Church consider that person Catholic? If not, does the victim of forced conversion have a means to have the conversion declared null?

It depends on the individual situation. If an adult is forced entirely against his will to accept baptism (e.g., being marched at sword-point to the baptismal font and then held down while the water is poured), then the baptism is invalid. But if he willingly accepted baptism for some worldly benefit (e.g., status as a Christian in a country in which Christianity is the state religion), then the baptism would be illicit, but not necessarily invalid. In any case, the matter should be brought to the local bishop for review and possible adjudication.
