What exactly does "one baptism" mean as identified in the Nicene Creed?

“Unam” referring to “Ecclesiam” is somewhat easy to understand, because it is one of several identifiers: “unam, sanctam, cathólicam et apostólicam.” How, though, does “unum” refer to “baptisma,” and is there context in the Council of Constantinople?
