What family planning options do I have?

We have three kids and we are in our late thirties. My wife has had three C-sections with our kids and the last time the doctor said there was “a lot of scar tissue.” I do not want to put my wife through another pregnancy due to her age and the risk. What options are open to me in terms of family planning?
