What Godparent responsibilities do we have toward our unconventional Godchildren?

We have 5 Godchildren as follows, one is from a nonpracticing Catholic home, the second is Episcopalian, the third is Lutheran, the fourth & fifth are siblings whose parents have since divorced & the children were rebaptized in another church. I know now that we shouldn’t be Godparents to nonCatholic children (i.e. Episcopalian & Lutheran); however, at the time we didn’t know this. What I was wandering is what are our responsibilities to these children?
 
I pray for them. I pray for many people but my godchildren are a special case and they get special prayers. i want to bring them to Heaven.
 
Simply fulfill your duties as you understood them when you became godparents. Above that, do what we are all called to do for those we love–pray for them and lead them to the Truth.
