More than likely, it got a little too hot to handle, so the Moderators decided to cool things off, and get the forums back on track.

I wouldn’t worry about it, I’ve had threads yanked because the subject matter got too graphic or racy.
Keep in mind, that younger eyes can see these things, too. Even if we’re genuinely trying to understand certain aspects of Catholic teaching as it realates to sexual ethics, younger folks may find the discussions titilating.

I would of deleted it too. i wouldn’t want children of mine seeing racy stuff like that. It shows you have your mind on the wrong things.

My goodness I’m glad I did not meet someone like you when I joined the forum! Perhaps next time, rather than judging the situation or mind of another from his or her posts on an online forum, you might mention that he or she has overstepped the rules of the forum, and ask them to correct his or her behavior in the future.
prstoessel, if you’re still reading this, know that the above person does not even remotely represent this forum. I myself am quite grateful that not everything on the internet is appropriate for children! It would be very hard learning about NFP if so…

I appreciate your response. Admittedly, I was quite frustrated on a number of levels. I happen to think that if the moderator(s) delete a thread, an explanation would be warranted.
It wouldn’t be too hard to create an age-restricted forum so such matters could be discussed more freely.
