What happens to Mass intentions if a parish is closed?

If somebody has Mass intentions scheduled at a parish that closes, are those intentions offered at another parish? My mother’s parish is closing at the end of September. It already said in the bulletin that the parish records are being sent to the diocese, not to another parish. What happens to the Mass intentions?

They should either be offerred at another parish or the stipends which were paid refunded. Inquire of the parish where the Mass is to be offerred.
