Check this out. It is worth noting that Relevant Radio has decided to drop The Terry and Jesse Show as well as Mother Miriam’s Heart to Heart show.

No offense, but why did Relevant Radio drop Catholic Answers Live on New Year’s Day?

Immaculate Heart Radio merged (bought out by?) Relevant Radio. That increased the total number of stations. Some shows survived, some shows moved in time, some shows were cancelled.

I am not pleased with them dropping CALive. But then, no one asked me.

CALive is on EWTN, and Sirius XM, likely others.

Relevant Radio announced on their website that they had invited Catholic Answers to “join” their family of radio stations. Catholic Answers declined. I didn’t know what they meant by “join”, but it may have wanted CA to become a business partner with Relevant Radio.

I don’t like Relevant Radio at all.

When I listen to “Catholic” radio, I want to listen to Catholic topics.

It seems all I hear on Relevant Radio is worldly news. If I wanted to listen to the world’s news, I’d listen to a regular radio station.

The way I’m reading the articles, apparently RR wanted exclusivity on CAL, and didn’t get it. That would have meant CAL would no longer be on EWTN, Guadeloupe Radio, Ave Maria Radio and others.

RR still carries Patrick Madrid, who is pretty good. Otherwise, I’m pretty disappointed with RR.

So, it’s mostly EWTN for me.
