Thank you very much for posting this. I was very interested when I originally read it and had to go hunting today to find it in the CAF archives.

A friend of mine is teaching a college course on morals and ethics. They are soon to have a discussion about abortion. I have just forwarded the article/story and the link to him as provocative fodder for the class discussion.

He responded well to other info I sent him on Catholic ethics and I hope he’ll use this, too.

I hope the end result will be a reduction in abortions from those who participate in the discussion.

Point taken, but weakened due to its allegorical nature. This is how education is taking place - by outrageous fabrication? There are better ways to get the message across to boys and girls, young men and women. These points should be made before the kids are teens, with facts and documentable information. I despise this “OMG!” form of imparting “wisdom”. Aesop is spinning in his grave.
