The orthodox churches hold services in their own languages (which haven’t however died) however you might end up going to an Orthodox Church in the US that does a different part in all the languages, taking turns, because of the people attending may be from different parts of orthodoxy. If only the west spoke Latin and it were not dead. I wish sometimes that we would go back to the service using Latin. I might not understand the homily but I could go to the Spanish mass and they the English and follow along for the most part. The church seems to separated.
