What if I am not sorry for a mortal sin?

I haven’t gone to Church in a while and I don’t have much of an excuse. If I went to Reconciliation and said I was sorry, I don’t know if it would be a sincere apology because I am very religiously confused. I don’t know if I think missing Church is a sin or not. If I died now, would I go straight to hell?
