I was baptized as an infant in the Catholic Church. At that time my godparents were Catholic but are not any more. Does this affect my baptism at all? Should I or can I get new godparents?
No, such a situation does not affect your baptism; and no, you do not get new godparents. If you have not been confirmed, you would ask someone who is Catholic to be your confirmation sponsor, but if you are already confirmed then you need not worry about that. You should though consider yourself called to pray and offer up whatever sufferings or penances God calls you to for the reversion of your godparents.
