Now hypothetically, if a majority of people in a particular western democracy wind up with having a majority of Muslim population would the Suria law become more of an influence in the making of laws and rewriting constitutions of whatever the country this happen to be in???

If the muslims used their voting power to support their religion then yes, however it assumes that 100% of the muslims would be voting if there was a 51% muslims population.
