Hello Everyone,

I’ve been planning to go to church today, BUT it turns out there is no regular mass at church this evening, but instead > A Candlelight Healing Service.

I have never attended one (In fact this is the first time I heard of it), and I am just a bit curious to know what it would be like.

I have tried looking through google, but I had no luck getting any useful information there, (maybe I looked in the wrong places?)

Anyway I would appreciate if anyone here could tell me what it is like.

Thank you!

Well, It seems that I am answering my own question. I attended church last night, and there was no mass, no communion etc. Just a bunch of candles lit, and the choir singing. That was all really.

It was kind of weird, but that is what it was.

The Interfaith Healing Services is a beautiful service that combines music and prayer to offer comfort to those who wish to find spiritual healing. The services are a combined effort of the Swedish Medical Center Chaplaincy and the CNI Center for Brain & Spinal Tumors. No reservations are necessary and you can attend as often as you like.

Best o luck 🙂

A candlelight healing service is like a regular healing service, but dimmer. 😃
