What is a good gift for priests?

Hi to All,
I have been asked to help find a gift for the Priests in our dioceses. There are more than 100, of all ages. The gift guidelines given to me were:
Gifts for our Priests to help them stay Holy, enlighten them, or guide them in their ministries.
Is there anything that anyone could suggest that would help this group find a fitting gift for these men? Everyone gets the same gift. Any help would be wonderful.
