What is Catholic Church view on Protestant baptism?

What is the catholic church’s view on a catholic being re-baptized as an adult in a non-denominational christian church? I am aware they believe in one baptism. However, I am questioning if being re-baptized would be considered a sin. Thank you for helping me understand this.
