What is considered pornography?

I am very, very careful not to view pornography or masturbate, as I promised not to, but say I accidentally stumble upon an image that MAY be considered pornography, how will I know if it is or isn’t? I want a healthy relationship with God, and that is why I have chosen to quit anything to do with fap (masturbation and pornography).

As long as you get of rid of it as possible and resist it you should be fine. I wouldn’t take the risk though.

CCC 2354 Pornography consists in removing real or simulated sexual acts from the intimacy of the partners, in order to display them deliberately to third parties. It offends against chastity because it perverts the conjugal act, the intimate giving of spouses to each other. It does grave injury to the dignity of its participants (actors, vendors, the public), since each one becomes an object of base pleasure and illicit profit for others. It immerses all who are involved in the illusion of a fantasy world. It is a grave offense. Civil authorities should prevent the production and distribution of pornographic materials.

If you are viewing the material for a prurient interest then its pornography to you.

If you are looking at the brassiere ads in the JC Penney catalog because you are looking to buy or own your own clothier and want to see what the competition is offering, it isn’t porn.

But if you are just some guy who is bored at home, it well could be.
 
If you stumble upon it accidentally then you didn’t commit a sin so long as you didn’t indulge in the pornographic image. One cannot accidentally sin.

consent and or intent to view material is a factor, searching for the material is another factor, stumbling upon something and not choosing to see graphic / pornographic material is another.

If you are so young that you are not sure what pornography is, it is probably time to talk to your parents about such things and not rely on strangers to explain just as to avoid the awkwardness of talking about such things with your parents.
 
In considering what pornography is…
you must consider the person who is objectified, not just what it means in your own eyes. Definitions are good as far as they go.
Pornography objectifies other human beings, even if it is the imaginary type of porn.
@thistle pointed out the CCC passage. The Church is concerned for the whole community, not just lustful males.
