That image came from bible.ca, a known fundie site with anti Catholic propaganda. Like all such sites their lack of knowledge and understanding of Catholic doctrine is visible as day.

All of the above are correct. It’s a term contrived by Protestants (not Luther mind you, he had a deep devotion to Mary) so they can claim holier-than-thou status.
