What is my obligation in attending a Non-Catholic wedding?

Hi.
Would it be wrong for me e to decline to participate in/witnes to a wedding of a cousin (who is a baptised Catholic) just because the wedding is not a sacramental one?
I am of the opinion that marriage being such a serious matter, it is obligatory that baptised Catholics marry in Church, presided over by a Catholic priest. Any other kind of coming together (whether in front of a judge etc.) is at odds with Catholic teaching; for that would render the union invalid in the eyes of the Church.
