What is opinion of The Catholic Church Regarding Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses?

I know that The Church’s position on mainstream Protestant Churches is that they are Brother Christians on a different, but inferior, path to God.

But what is the position regarding Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses?
