What is Presumption?

What is presumption? How does the church explain it, here are some examples;

Example #1

I know stealing is wrong, but I’m going to confession tomorrow. So I can steal it, I’ll just confess it tomorrow and we’re all good.

Example #2

I did something that was probably wrong, but I don’t know. I’ll confess it just to be safe.
