What is proper behavior before the Blessed Sacrament?

Is playing music, group praying, and group singing appropriate while in front of the Blessed Sacrament in an adoration chapel?
 
No. Adoration chapels are intended for private, silent prayer. Praise 'n worship sessions should be conducted either in a church—assuming the group is following an established liturgy appropriate for a church setting—or in a social hall.
