What is the Catholic teaching on a hysterectomy, being open to children and marriage?

I 100% agree with you, LittleRose. I really think hysterectomies should only be on the table if a woman has invasive cancer. Otherwise, there are always alternatives ala Napro technology or doctors specialising in bio identical hormone therapy.
