The Church doesn’t have an official stance on every false religion that springs up as in the case of Scientology. Nor does it need to officially condemn every form of quackery such as Dianetics. Such teachings contradict the truths of the Catholic faith and Catholics should recognize this by the fact that they are not coming form the Catholic Church. Unfortunately, some Catholics who didn’t know their faith as well as they thought they did, have fallen prey to such false teachings.
