What is the Church's position on IVF and intentionally witholding a sin in confession?

If you purposely leave something out of confessin is the confession still valid… I got pregnant through IVF and dont think it is a sin…I returned to the church about two yrs ago and did go to confession last yr after a leave of around 13 yrs…Im not sure I want to go back to confession or really need to especially if I dont beleive in all that Ive done to be a sin and wouldnt bring these things up anyways
