What is the Church's stance on being a Mason?

I have several Free Mason’s here at work that have spoken to me about the work they do with helping children. I was possibly interested in joining, but after some research about some of their verbiage they use in meetings I am a little unsure. What is the Catholic’s few of Free Mason’s?
