And not to contradict you
but I checked my post and it looks like I agreed with you completely at least twice (with a brief but fairly explicit “yes”) and never contradicted you. I was trying to ask additional question to understand what you were saying or supply an answer to what appeared to be questions.

Please feel free to address my comments. If I’m in error I want to know where. Like I said, I’ve been wrong before.

Wouldn’t be the first time and probably won’t be the last.is in error.

I’m sorry if I came off that way. That wasn’t my intentionFirst off, all you did was contradict everything I say.
And not to contradict you
Vanus Empty:
I apologize if I misunderstood you intentions. I consider discussion forums places where people can…discuss. All you were doing was trying to prove me wrong. All you had to do was supply what I requested: some Catholic sources and documents and some comments of your own.
Please feel free to address my comments. If I’m in error I want to know where. Like I said, I’ve been wrong before.

If you’re a bio major then you should know that we did in fact evolve from apes. Not a modern ape of course but our most recent common ancestor was an ape. Not to be pedantic but it had to be…how else would we all be classified as apes?I am majoring in biology. I KNOW that the theory of evolution does not say that humans evolved from monkeys or apes. Like I said, that is the common misconception.

I won’t contradict you thereI still have my doubts as to whether evolution is philosophically compatible. Science is not greater than philosophy.
