What is the distinction of having your sins forgiven by going to a priest in the sacrament of Reconciliation as opposed to having your sins forgiven at a Annointing of the Sick Rite?

If sins are forgiven, they are forgiven. It doesn’t matter how they are forgiven. However when it comes to the sacrament of the anointing of the sick it only forgives sins if the individual is unable to go to the sacrament of confession (CCC 1532).
