What is the Jubilee Year of Mercy?

I have recently come back to the church after being away for about three years. I have been hearing a lot about the Jubilee Year of Mercy, but I have no idea what it is. I have tried looking it up and doing research, but I cant really find anything that explains it in detail. If you know anything, please share! If not, God Bless You anyways! Thank you in advance!
