What is the proper position while in adoration chapel?

What position should I be in while in the adoration chapel? Does it depend on what I am doing (praying, reading, meditating, etc).
 
Other than genuflecting when we enter or leave the pew, there is no prescribed position when at adoration. Obviously kneeling is a traditional position of adoration and prayer in the presence of the exposed Blessed Sacrament, but for prolonged periods of prayer and reflection sitting is perfectly acceptable.
