Um I find Mr Khalid’s contentions dubious and historically revisionist but I am not sure about the worth of a physical Crusade​

Go work in Saudi Arabia for a year - or just wait till Iran gets a nuke

Then you will be begging for “The Crusades”

The post before also was not a catholic response to there way,but an answer to the thread of there options,and also to add,not saying anything sometimes is criminal enough!

Ya… And what about the slaughter of Innocent Muslim Men, Women and Children by the Christains? See the movie ‘Kingdom of Heaven’. The Christian King slaughtered all the Muslims to ‘purify’ the land of Jerusalem, right after marrying a Muslim Princess and taking over the throne.

‘Crusades’… hmmm… Its a funny word. Because, when the first Crusades wre launched, there were no “Suicide Bombers” and perhaps the only Fanatic was the Pope himself, who ordered the massacre of countless civilians in a Muslim Country, only to divert public attention from all the problems at home (in Europe). Exporting problems elsewhere… So typical of Western Countries…even today.

I won’t talk about retards here, but I think knowledgeable folks would be sick to their stomachs if they knew half the truth of what happened then… instead of using this sick word again and again. And guess what, the Church actually lost the wars. Imagine that. Whole of Europe united against just one small Muslim Country, under the leadership Salahud Din (a.k.a Saladin).
 
To all my Christain friends,

History tells us that after the conquest of Constantinopole, the Eastern Orthodox Church had to shift its Capital (or Head Quarters) to Greece; and once Greece was captured, the Capital was shifted to modern day Russia. Then Communism came, banned all religions and well the Church had to shift again… thus loosing its Purest form, which was and remains burried in Turkish historical records.

I could be wrong here. As again, this is not my religion that I am referring to but I heard that Greek Orthodox Church is different from Russian Orthodox Church today and Russian Orthodox Church is different from Armenian… Question1: Any particular reason for all these differences? Question 2: Which church inherits the purest qualities of the ’old’ Eastern Orthodox Church today?
 
Well none of us were even alive when the Crusades ever happened so I don’t got no blood on my hands.

If there were no Crusades there would be no Christianity. If there was no Christianity there would be no “Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.”
