What is the significance of 400 years? Genesis 15:13?

A connection of mine online posted about “400 years almost being up” in regards to Genesis 15 : 13

“And he said unto Abraham, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them FOUR HUNDRED YEARS;”

From year 1619-2019

She’s not answering what she’s talking about. Some sort of Protestant prophecy from someone in 1619 I assume?

40 x 10? The number 40 comes up again and again in the Old and New Testaments.

She’s not answering other then things will come to pass this year 2019, since the 400 years are up. Other comments lead me to believe it’s some sort of Protestant prophecy by someone from the 17th cen. Wondering if anyone on here knows who or what this is about!

The 400 Year Curse of Slavery

March starts the New Year of the Hebrew calendar so it’s not until after March sometime when the 400 years are over can’t wait but remember the end is not yet until all is fulfilled. This kinda like a 2nd Exodus we gonna be put back in our own land. Ecclesiastes [1:9]. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Exo 12: 40 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
Gal 3: 16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

Sometime in 2019 there’s going to be some kind of special alignment in the universe and it’s going to cause all the former slaves and their descendants from America to inherit supernatural abilities and then we will take over this entire country and we will all go back to our home and we will reign supreme of the entire Earth there.

What belief system is this or who started this mumbo jumbo in 1619?
