Paste here your favourite catholic translation, English and Spanish

I barely know Spanish, but I love the Douay reims edition and the NABRE.

My preferred version is the revised Standard Version Catholic edition, it is by far the one I use the most. That being said, although I don’t mind the Douay Rheims version, I am a bit perturbed about people who only read it and who think it is the only acceptable translation, that’s a lot like the KJV only movement. I like that version too, but I also like being able to read it. Oddly enough, that’s actually what I got one of my nieces for Christmas one year, because that’s what she wanted. She said she likes archaic language. Not too bad for a child, who at the time, was 10. I’m not bashing it, I’m just saying it’s a little creepy that people are that into it. I prefer rsvce, but if I need to do something that calls for using another translation, I will do so.

I also don’t speak Spanish, but I do use a version of the Bible for French.

Yep, I have the app on my phone as a matter of fact, if I could find a physical copy of it in the part of the United States I live in, I would definitely pick it up.

Is the most used by catholic students here. Try to get it from amazon you will find it. If not we can talk and i can get you one and send it to u
