What kind of wedding can a Catholic have who marries a Protestant?

How does one handle a marriage ceremony where the boy is Catholic and the girl is the daughter of a Methodist minister who insists that he do the officiating? Right now the plan is to have two ceremonies, the first being catholic but is there another way?
