Hi I have a question , next week there is a annual APF mass ?

Well, I did a search and one of the meanings of the acronym is: Association for the Propagation of the Faith. Could that be what it is?

World Mission Sunday is the 3rd Sunday in October, so I’m not sure it’s that. Could it be something particular to England?

It seems there are two collections for the Propagation of the Faith during the year, this may be one of those Sundays.
