What material can I use to help a friend rethink being sterilized?

Hello,

My co-worker is a fallen away Catholic who is planning to have a tubal ligation because she simply doesn’t want any more kids. Do you have any advice for what to say to help her to think more about this decision? Are there are readings or books that could help explain why it’s wrong without too much theology?
